Here at CITIZENTEA we believe in our premium tea and teaware however, we understand that sometimes online shopping doesn’t go as planned.
RETURNING A PACKAGE
Please pack the item in its original box carefully so it does not become damaged. Clearly mark your original invoice as RETURN and include it in your package. All returns are at the expense of the customer.

PROCESSING TIME
All of our returns are processed immediately upon receipt of the item. Please allow an additional 24 hours for the payment to be reflected on your credit card. Items purchased online CANNOT be refunded in store.
Items purchased in store can be refunded in store up to 30 days after purchase with receipt.
FAULTY ITEM
Please email us at sales@citizentea.com if you believe your item has a fault or any issue. A photo by our Customer Service Representative may be requested pending the issue.
