I saw that this had ginger so I thought I’d try it for my cramps and it truly helped! Any time I feel any ailment I’ll try to remember to reach for this and it helps with a variety of symptoms. And surprisingly, it’s one of my favourite teas! I happily drink it even when I’m not sick. Nice mix of flavours, not too heavy on the ginger or orange etc
