It actually works! I don’t use it often but when I am worked up and know I’ll have a restless night, it works like a charm. I add a pinch of any of the herbal teas for a bit of added flavour and sweetness.

I think it works! I’ll have to try a few more nights to be sure. I do enjoy mint and fennel and I recall making fennel tea for colicky babies. I believed it worked then!
