Well, I’ll be the different one. I do believe in the health benefits. Anybody that reads the effectiveness of mate versus caffeine will understand why this would be healthier. Anything that will help boost your metabolism will aid in weight loss, as well as many things. I have been drinking this tea since Citizens Tea was Teaopia and it is hands-down the best tea for general drinking and especially as a replacement for coffee. Please don’t ever discontinue this tea.

I really liked the flavor, but it made me dizzy almost immediately.
I put it away thinking I’d try it again to see if really was the tea, or was I overly tired that day.
I tried it again the next day and it made me dizzy again.
I gave my sample to a co-worker and she loves it.

Hi Judy! Sorry to hear you had a strange experience with this tea. This dizziness may have come from the caffeine as this tea has Pu Erh and Mate in it! If you are caffeine-sensitive, I advise maybe trying a weaker steep or drinking on a fuller stomach. Again, we are sorry about that!

I must say that I am sceptical about the weight loss claim however I do very much like to tea. It is light and refreshing and I will probably order more when my 100 gram tin is done

The flavour of this tea is beautiful! I definitely taste the earthiness of the Pu Erh, which is wonderful! It’s not overwhelmingly earthy, and I actually found it to be rather light in body and relatively fresh. I drank this while feeling bloated and it worked to relieve that discomfort. It made me feel “clean” inside, which is what I was looking for in this blend. I really love this tea and have incorporated it into my daily routine.

I’m going to be honest, I don’t really believe the health benefits claimed by wellness blends. I drink this tea because I like it. It’s light and fruity and then so much more. It’s odd, different from most of the fruity stuff I drink. There is some depth from the puerh, some sharpness from the green mate and a touch of something almost medicinal – I want to say bordering on camphor or eucalyptus. That sound bad but really it’s not. It’s all somehow works together for an interesting refreshing blend.

So I took a gamble on this and grabbed 50g, and I’m happy I did.
I’m skeptical of the health benefits, because everyone is always promising something, but I actually LIKE the taste of this blend, so if it also somehow helps me with weight loss, that’s just a bonus! Anyway, this tea is very light and refreshing, yet earthy at the same time. It’s an odd combination with the fruity pineapple, guava and green mate mixing together to make it light and refreshing, and the puerh pulling it back down to earth and giving it just a little bit of weight. I really like it, and it’s easily become a daily staple!
